Frontend Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize frontend applications for controlling robotic swarms and visualizing sensor data.
• Build intuitive, performant, and responsive interfaces with React or comparable web component frameworks.
• Integrate APIs and ensure reliable data flow between frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to turn designs into functional applications.
• Maintain code quality, scalability, and maintainability through clean coding practices and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and optimize frontend performance for real-time applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and web component frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern web development tools, concepts, and practices.
• Experience with custom web-based rendering engines.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics, sensor data visualization, or real-time control systems.
• Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX and frontend build tools.
• Familiarity with Node or similar backend technologies.
• Understanding of frontend testing frameworks and tools.
