What you will do

• Build modern frontend experiences for campaign management, advertiser self-service, and other Retail Media products.
• Own end-to-end frontend delivery and integrate scalable backend APIs.
• Develop complex web applications for reporting, asset management, permissions, audience segments, wallet integrations, and CRM metadata.
• Help define the architecture of a greenfield in-house engineering organization.
• Collaborate with Backend Engineering, Product, UX, Retail Media, and other stakeholders.
• Work across multiple AdTech domains before specializing within dedicated product teams.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript in complex production web applications.
• Solid experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Experience working across the frontend/backend boundary and taking ownership beyond strict frontend responsibilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, UX, and Backend Engineering.
• Experience in a fast-growing product environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, or retail platforms.
• Exposure to CMS, CRM integrations, self-service platforms, or Node.js/NestJS.
