TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build modern UIs for visualizing and optimizing complex scheduling scenarios for workforce planning.
  • Develop interactive map-based tools based on geographical proximity, travel times, and resource availability.
  • Create intuitive dashboards to visualize operational data and identify scheduling patterns.
  • Design UX to simplify planning processes and reduce cognitive load for planners.
  • Implement dynamic rescheduling interfaces that highlight impacts and alternatives.
  • Build flexible interfaces to support scaling into new regions and markets.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with product-driven software development in agile environments.
  • Proficiency with React and TypeScript.
  • Strong visualization skills, particularly with maps and timeline interfaces.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm (Hybrid)

Nice to have

  • Experience in startups or scale-ups.
  • Knowledge of Kanban and Scrum.
  • Experience with Next.js.
  • Proficiency in data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js).
  • Experience with map integrations (Mapbox, Google Maps, Leaflet).
  • Previous experience building planning or scheduling interfaces.
