What you will do

• Liaise with customers, insurers, suppliers, contractors, and colleagues nationwide.
• Analyse insurance policies to determine claim coverage and develop efficient processing strategies.
• Set up new claims, appoint contractors, update internal systems, and issue payments.
• Keep policyholders informed about claim progress through clear correspondence.
• Arrange settlements and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to team performance and business growth within the Property claims team.
