What you will do
- Lead the club’s fitness experience and champion Everlast Gyms standards and culture.
- Oversee MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training and Group Training products.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers.
- Deliver Personal Training and Group Training sessions and support member onboarding.
- Drive member engagement, retention, participation and revenue across fitness products and memberships.
- Manage group training timetables, fitness schedules and safe operational standards across the club.
Requirements
- Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification.
- CIMSPA Practitioner Status.
- Proven experience delivering Personal Training and Group Training.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of fitness business performance.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring fitness teams.
- Experience managing fitness programmes or group training products.
- Understanding of member retention and engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of emerging fitness trends and industry innovations.
