Customer Engagement Senior Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week.

Salary: $62,000–$90,000 annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate alignment between sales, delivery, technical, production, and customer stakeholders.
• Gather customer requirements and contribute to the full solution lifecycle.
• Support the design, setup, testing, delivery, and documentation of end-to-end processing solutions.
• Validate batch fulfillment system configuration and output against customer requirements.
• Communicate directly with customers to audit results and confirm deliverables.
• Analyze how industry changes affect program execution, fulfillment, and solution delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional experience.
• Ability to translate technical and functional requirements and collaborate with technical counterparts.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity working with data and knowledge of ETL.
• Must be authorized to work full time in the United States without employer support or immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with regular in-person attendance at the assigned office.

• Experience in credit reporting, financial services, or direct marketing.
