DTC Supervisor Distribution Center Operations (Flex Shift)

Location: 575 Old Forge Road, Jonestown, Pennsylvania; onsite at the Pennsylvania Distribution Center. Flexibility to work between 1st and 2nd shifts is required.

What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and develop team leads and associates supporting direct-to-consumer order fulfillment.
• Coordinate daily workflows to process consumer orders on time with high speed, accuracy, and service quality.
• Use WMS, order management systems, and reporting tools to plan staffing, monitor order flow, and adjust priorities based on demand.
• Ensure orders are accurately fulfilled, packaged to brand standards, and shipped within service-level expectations.
• Track and improve DTC metrics including order cycle time, fulfillment accuracy, units per hour, and on-time shipment.
• Partner with leadership, P&C, and cross-functional teams on employee relations, process improvement, peak planning, and customer order issues.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a direct-to-consumer or eCommerce environment.
• Experience with WMS and proficiency in reporting, metrics tracking, and performance management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, time-sensitive, customer-driven operation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make operational decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; order management systems experience is an advantage.

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
