Supervisor, DC Operations (Distribution Center)

Location: McDonough, Georgia, United States; onsite at a multi-shift distribution center

What you will do

• Supervise daily distribution center operations, workflow coordination, labor scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor service levels, productivity, accuracy, throughput, efficiency, and operational costs, taking corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate with transportation, inventory control, customer service, and other teams to maintain material flow and resolve operational issues.
• Oversee inventory control, picking, replenishment, packing, receiving, returns, and shipping activities.
• Implement 5S, process improvements, waste reduction, and data-driven workflow optimization.
• Lead, train, mentor, coach, and evaluate associates while managing attendance, performance, employee relations, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of related distribution experience and at least 1 year of management or people leadership experience.
• Leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency is required for speaking and understanding.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs, walk the warehouse floor, stand for up to 12 hours, and work flexible night and weekend schedules when needed.
