DC Business Expert - 3PL (Logistics)

Location: Jalan U10/100, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia; full-time on-site role

What you will do

• Support 3PL operations by maintaining effective warehouse systems, processes, and integrations.
• Provide system support, incident management, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
• Partner with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to implement operational, system, and service requirements.
• Coordinate change requests, inbound planning, logistics activities, and stock movement execution.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and governance requirements.
• Work with Distribution Centre Operations, Sales, Merchandising, Supply Chain, IT, System Support, and Project teams.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and logistics technologies.
• Strong understanding of distribution-centre processes, inventory management, and operational workflows.
• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot system and operational issues.
• Stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, train and guide users, and support compliance and service quality.
