Senior Analyst, Retail Technology (AI)

What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and support retail technologies including cloud-based POS, RFID, traffic counting, mobile devices, and payment terminals.
• Execute hardware rollouts and provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across store environments.
• Administer iOS, Windows, and macOS endpoints using Intune and Jamf, and support Entra ID and Conditional Access policies.
• Develop PowerShell and VBS automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Support Agile/Scrum project execution, pilot programs, implementation timelines, issue resolution, and global scaling.
• Use AI-assisted tools and data-driven insights to improve triage, documentation, automation, and operational decision-making while maintaining privacy, security, and governance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with PowerShell and VBS in production environments.
• Experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, Conditional Access, Intune, and Jamf.
• Familiarity with POS, RFID, traffic analytics, mobile device ecosystems, and store hardware rollouts.
• Foundational knowledge of PCI-DSS and secure device and identity management.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience with project-based, cross-functional delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience supporting retail or store technology environments.
• Exposure to intelligent automation, data analysis, predictive insights, or AI-enabled support tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
