Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Kolin, Czechia; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Provide technical support to production by troubleshooting manufacturing issues and process deviations.
• Set up and optimize manufacturing processes, production parameters, equipment, tooling, fixtures, and adapters.
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency, quality, capacity, and cost performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support process standardization, documentation, work instructions, and employee training.
• Support the installation, replacement, and commissioning of machinery, equipment, and tooling, including technical documentation and project execution.
• Lead new product introduction activities, including manufacturing line design and material flow optimization, while collaborating with Quality, Production, and Maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or secondary technical education.
• Suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with process optimization and new product introduction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent Czech and English are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with 3D CAD software such as NX and Pro/ENGINEER.
