Plant Project Engineer (Industrial Gas)

Location: Prague, Decin, or Litvinov in the Czech Republic; Warsaw, Wloclawek, Kedzierzyn Kozle, Siewierz, or Wroclaw in Poland; or Barcelona (Cornella), Spain. Relocation is not supported.

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of industrial gas and plant projects across Central and Southern Europe.
• Serve as a technical contact for customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Project Managers on larger capital projects and lead smaller projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants across engineering design, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
• Own project scope, budget, schedule, safety, technical quality, risks, changes, and opportunities.
• Support proposals, scope definition, resource planning, cost estimation, and project status reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in project engineering or project delivery in an industrial or technical environment.
• Broad knowledge of process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or controls engineering.
• Understanding of project management principles, engineering work processes, safe construction practices, and safety leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organisation, planning, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
• Professional-level English, written and spoken, and willingness to travel for site inspections, construction, commissioning, and start-up support across the region.
