Product Engineer / Tooling Support Engineer (Gas Turbine Manufacturing)

Location: Zebrak, Czechia; 5 days per week in the office

Base minimum pay: Kč771,708 per year

What you will do

• Own multiple hirify.global product lines and support engine assembly operations.
• Research technical solutions, interact with shop employees, establish time standards, and gather production data.
• Analyze and evaluate manufacturing data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide direct input into disassembly, assembly, and testing processes, including tooling support and work instructions.
• Improve safety, quality, cost, production velocity, reliability, serviceability, and manufacturability through new processes and equipment.
• Define tooling requirements, prepare tooling concepts, and coordinate with the design department and US Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably aerospace, mechanical, energetics, transportation, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or repair of gas turbine engines, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and statistical analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve technical issues.
• Proficiency with engineering and office-based computer applications, including the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Advanced English and Czech are required.
