SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Location: Canada; hybrid work mode with availability for business travel to client sites

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, implementation partners, system integrators, and vendors.
• Manage project planning, governance, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment, timely decision-making, business readiness, and transition to the new SAP S/4HANA environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Experience delivering at least one complete SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of SAP methodologies; SAP Activate is preferred.
• Advanced project governance, risk management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, system integrators, and senior business stakeholders.
• English at C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering SAP programs in a US business environment.
• Exposure to SAP Ariba or other SAP solutions.
