Digital Identity Non-Human Identity, Machine Identity & Agentic Identity Associate Director (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid across hirify.global offices and client sites in Chicago, Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Orlando, Philadelphia, or Tampa; local and out-of-state travel may be required. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $155,000–$264,000 base annually, plus a 16% bonus target; estimated total cash compensation is $179,800–$306,240.

What you will do

• Lead identity security consulting engagements covering strategy, assessments, architecture, implementation oversight, operating models, governance, and roadmaps.
• Advise CISOs, IAM leaders, cloud security leaders, enterprise architects, and platform engineering teams on non-human, machine, workload, and agentic identities.
• Develop identity security solutions, service offerings, go-to-market strategies, proposals, executive presentations, and thought leadership.
• Define perspectives on Non-Human Identity, Machine Identity, Agentic Identity, and identity security for AI.
• Build client and alliance-partner relationships and identify technology-enabled consulting opportunities.
• Mentor consulting professionals and oversee multiple complex engagements in a matrixed environment.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, cybersecurity consulting, cloud security, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering IAM, PAM, NHI, or Machine Identity advisory services, including assessments, maturity evaluations, strategy, and roadmap development.
• Hands-on experience securing service accounts, application accounts, service principals, API keys, workload identities, container identities, automation accounts, bots, and AI-powered agents.
• Architect-level knowledge of IGA, PAM, access management, authentication, authorization, ITDR, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, JWTs, secrets management, certificates, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with cloud and platform security technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, and infrastructure-as-code environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, Delinea, Okta, Ping Identity, Venafi, HashiCorp Vault, BeyondTrust, Akeyless, Oasis Security, Token, or Clutch.
• CISSP, CCSP, Microsoft, CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, AWS, or other IAM/PAM certifications.
• Experience building NHI or Machine Identity programs, securing AI-enabled applications, developing identity security offerings, or maintaining industry relationships.
