Lead, IAM Automation & Strategy (Cybersecurity)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Full-time role requiring authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $99,600–$169,200 USD per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions for IAM processes and services.
• Build Tines workflows and Digital Coworker capabilities for identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access management, reporting, compliance, and operational support.
• Integrate IAM platforms, security tools, ticketing systems, and enterprise applications through APIs, web services, and automation frameworks.
• Analyze workflows and operational data to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks, templates, dashboards, metrics, documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and business teams while mentoring analysts and engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, automation engineering, software development, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting automation workflows with Tines.
• Experience with Digital Coworker, AI-enabled automation, or related intelligent automation technologies.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and security platforms using APIs, web services, and automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
