Digital Identity Manager (Saviynt)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia, with additional locations in Charlotte, North Carolina; Orlando, Florida; or Tampa, Florida. Work may include local or out-of-state client-site travel.

Salary: $129,000–$205,000 per year, plus a 12% bonus target; estimated total cash compensation is $144,480–$229,600.

What you will do

• Design, configure, integrate, and deliver Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud solutions.
• Develop identity lifecycle workflows, connectors, access requests, certifications, rules, jobs, and operational configurations.
• Translate functional identity requirements into technical designs, data mappings, access models, testing approaches, and implementation documentation.
• Troubleshoot identity data, provisioning, workflow, connector, certification, and downstream application integration issues.
• Advise client stakeholders, support IAM and IGA strategy work, and contribute to proposals and business development.
• Mentor, train, coach, and supervise consultants while coordinating technical and functional workstreams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, identity governance, cybersecurity, consulting, professional services, or a large enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, engineering, or supporting Saviynt solutions, preferably Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, access requests, approval workflows, certifications, policies, roles, provisioning, entitlement management, role mining, analytics, and segregation of duties.
• Experience building or troubleshooting integrations with HR platforms, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, ERP, cloud, ITSM, and business applications.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including mentoring, coaching, work review, and performance development.
• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Saviynt, identity vendor, IAM, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology certifications.
• Experience with SailPoint, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, Delinea, LDAP, or virtual directories.
• Experience delivering strategic IAM or IGA assessments, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
