Lead IAM Security Engineer- Saviynt IGA

What you will do

• Develop and execute an enterprise IAM roadmap aligned with business and security objectives.
• Design and implement Saviynt IGA solutions, RBAC models, and least-privilege access strategies.
• Build identity lifecycle workflows for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Maintain access certifications, reviews, compliance reporting, and governance processes.
• Integrate enterprise applications, directories, and identity providers using custom workflows, scripts, connectors, and automation.
• Support IAM security incidents, audits, regulatory assessments, and collaboration with Cyber Security, HR, business, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of Identity & Access Management experience, or demonstrated success transforming IAM programs.
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, least privilege, access certifications, identity governance, and workflow development.
• Experience developing IAM scripts, connectors, integrations, authorization models, and enterprise identity solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP authorization, portal security, SSO, directory services, ITS, web services security, GRC, SoD, SOX, NERC CIP, NIST, and PCI.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with MFA, SSO, SAML, OpenID Connect, privileged access management, and Azure AD group administration.
• Experience supporting hybrid enterprise identity environments.
