Field Operator -Purification

Location: Hohhot, China (Jiutai) (0C99); onsite shift work

What you will do

• Operate and monitor purification plant operations in compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Perform routine site patrols, identify potential hazards, and support safe and efficient plant operation.
• Follow process safety, management of change, and operating plant hazard review requirements.
• Handle field emergencies under the Lead Operator’s coordination and assist with recovering units after trips or emergency shutdowns.
• Prepare daily and monthly production reports and complete routine safety audits and safety reports.
• Support continuous improvement, share best operating practices, and train new purification shift operators.

Requirements

• College degree or above.
• Degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial automation, instrumentation, or a related field; recent graduates may apply.
• Alternatively, approximately one year of experience as a field operator in a gas purification plant or a similarly complex plant.
• Strong learning and interpersonal skills; proactive, honest, hardworking, and able to work in a team.
• Strong safety awareness and suitability for shift work.
