Customer Engineer II-MDP

hirify.global develops and services materials engineering equipment used to manufacture semiconductors and advanced displays.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment alongside senior field service engineers.
• Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Communicate directly with customers and coordinate service activities.
• Follow on-site safety, environmental, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification.
• 1–2 years of customer or field service support experience, or experience in a related technical field.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Basic mechanical aptitude in areas such as pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
• Familiarity with hand tools and digital multimeters, plus basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport if travel is required.

Nice to have

• 2–4 years of customer or field service support experience, or experience in a related technical field.
