Machining Technician

Location: Onsite in Suzhou, China

What you will do

• Retrieve machining programs, prepare tools and fixtures, and operate CNC machining equipment according to process sheets.
• Inspect and measure machined parts against drawings and process requirements, and prepare inspection reports.
• Register completed work in the system, label and package parts, and place them in the designated collection or inventory area.
• Perform scheduled equipment inspections and preventive maintenance, and provide maintenance recommendations based on equipment condition.
• Review equipment status and shift handover records, report issues to the laboratory manager, and complete end-of-shift 5S activities.

Requirements

• Technical secondary education or above; mechanical manufacturing, mechanical design, CNC technology, electromechanical integration, or another related engineering field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of work experience with proficient operation of a CNC lathe or machining center.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to use computers and office software.
