Sales Operations Leader

Location: United States (Onsite)

Salary: $71,300 - $92,700 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with the sales team and support the Operational Sales Leader.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to achieve World-Class status.
• Cover sales routes as needed to ensure operational continuity.
• Leverage data and technology to develop and execute effective sales plans.
• Follow Direct Store Delivery (DSD) best practices to drive marketplace success.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months of experience leading and influencing others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and ability to acquire a DOT Medical card.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and official reports per DOT regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
