Senior Finance Business Analyst (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States

Annual salary: $125,000–$165,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide daily production support and contribute to enhancement, lean, and Oracle implementation projects involving Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS.
• Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions and create business requirements and functional design documents.
• Review technical designs and validate that development work meets functional requirements.
• Research, configure, test, document, and manage system changes and process improvements.
• Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing with business users.
• Develop test plans, procedures, training materials, and conduct Fusion Cloud training for internal and field personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related business field.
• At least 5 years of experience with Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS R11i/R12, primarily in Financials.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, Tax, Customer Data Management, and Project Portfolio Management.
• Experience with Fusion Cloud implementations, production support, FBDI and ADFdi data uploads, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Experience designing and configuring solutions, documenting requirements, and creating functional design specifications.
• Experience creating reports with OTBI and BI Publisher, along with strong analytical, communication, organizational, presentation, and training skills.
