Location: Chicago, IL, United States; onsite full-time role

Salary: $48,000–$72,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support monthly fund NAV close and business entity close schedules.
• Gather, validate, and organize financial data for clients and investors.
• Prepare journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations during the monthly close process.
• Assist with fund financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Prepare audit support materials and help respond to auditor requests.
• Follow established procedures, meet deadlines, raise issues, and contribute process improvement ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, debits, credits, and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organize work, manage priorities, follow procedures, and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Relevant work experience, coursework, or internship experience.
• Interest in financial systems such as subledger, ERP, or investor accounting platforms.
