Critical Logistics Services Agent - Coordonator transport (Logistics)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; onsite full-time role with 24/7/365 operations and rotating day, night, weekend, and weekday shifts

Salary: RON 5,300–RON 6,300 per month, plus night and weekend shift incentives according to the schedule

What you will do

• Receive shipment orders, acknowledge requests, prepare quotations, and manage pricing processes.
• Book and route international shipments, arrange freight pickups, and coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, suppliers, destination branches, and customers.
• Prepare transport documents, enter shipment data, submit export customs declarations, and complete dangerous goods checks.
• Monitor shipments through delivery, communicate status updates, manage delays, and use tracking and visibility tools.
• Track KPIs, prepare dashboards and analyses, maintain operating procedures, and identify efficiency improvements.
• Provide routing alternatives, pricing support, technical assistance, and retention-call support.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Market and product knowledge, strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and negotiation ability.
• Experience handling urgent shipments, preferably by air and truck.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Availability for rotating 24/7/365 shifts, including night and weekend work, is required.

• Knowledge of air and brokerage documentation processes.
• IATA certification.
• Dangerous goods certification.
