Manager, Private Equity - Limerick Hybrid

What you will do

• Manage and develop the Private Equity Fund Accounting team in Limerick.
• Deliver accurate and timely client service, reporting, fund administration support, and regulatory filings.
• Organize team workloads, monitor service-level agreements, manage risk, and address audit queries.
• Liaise with clients, investors, external auditors, and associated parties on fund activities and structures required for NAV production.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to direct and indirect reports.
• Support strategic planning, offshore team development, systems projects, and automation of the Investran accounting platform.

Requirements

• Recognized professional accounting qualification with extensive post-qualification experience.
• Detailed knowledge of Irish, UK, and US GAAP, as well as IFRS.
• Working knowledge of the Irish regulatory and tax regime for fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of, or willingness to quickly learn, Private Equity Fund Administration.
• Experience leading and developing teams, with strong communication, prioritization, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must already have the right to work in Ireland; employment permit sponsorship is not available.
