Senior Manager, Commercialization

Location: Chicago, IL — Chicago/Aon Center

Salary: $120,800–$151,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end commercialization process from initial concept through successful market launch and post-launch review.
• Drive the stage-gate process, project decisions, deviation management, and mitigation planning.
• Identify, monitor, and communicate project risks to executive teams.
• Track key metrics, report progress, and adjust plans to support project success.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Quality.
• Improve commercialization processes, speed to market, quality, and operational and technical rigor.

Requirements

• Experience leading end-to-end commercialization or product launch projects.
• Ability to manage stage-gate decisions, project risks, deviations, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Quality.
• Ability to track performance metrics, communicate progress, and implement process improvements.
• Ability to work full time at the Chicago/Aon Center location.
