Production Tooling Mechanic (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the St. Louis, Missouri facility, United States. Day and night 12-hour shifts are available: 6:00am–6:00pm or 6:00pm–6:00am, following a 2-3-2 rotating schedule.

Salary: $28.79–$32.70 per hour, based on work experience.

What you will do

• Maintain production tooling in a ready state, including spinning tooling, winders, jets, and assembly tooling such as potting molds.
• Sustain a preventive maintenance program and improve tooling reliability.
• Support process improvements for tool design, reliability, changeovers, and production workflow.
• Develop and maintain tooling management, recycling, and maintenance processes.
• Dismantle equipment, remove defective parts, and complete repairs.
• Participate in engineering and management meetings, providing technical input and guidance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of practical industrial manufacturing experience, or a related technical or associate degree, certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data and trends.
• Basic problem-solving skills and a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work onsite in St. Louis and follow a 2-3-2, 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a good driving record.
