ETCH Technical Product Support (TPS) Engineer (Semiconductor Etch)

What you will do

• Support new product introductions, early learning shipments, alpha sites, and beta sites.
• Own hardware performance at a customer site and provide third-level escalation for hardware and software stability issues.
• Lead failure analysis, define resolution plans, and develop designs that correct long-term technical issues.
• Support installation, operation, calibration, servicing, and testing of new hardware, software, and processes.
• Review engineering change orders, communicate fixes to field teams, and engage customers in technical discussions.
• Generate system performance, process, and spending analyses; create technical documentation and deliver customer and engineer training.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized technical discipline.
• Ability to interpret business and technical challenges and recommend improvements to products, processes, or services.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate technical solutions with customers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Relocation is not available for this position.
