Service Technician

Location: Gyeonggi-Do, Korea; onsite work at customer sites with a two-shift schedule

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment and probe card-related technical issues.
• Provide customer training, technical support, and issue updates.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and headquarters to solve complex problems.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports while following safety and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of related experience, preferably as a Field Service Engineer or in an operative/technician role.
• Solid technical knowledge of equipment and systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, independent work, and time-management skills.
• Good English communication is required for coordination with headquarters.
• Customer relationship management experience.
• Willingness to travel within Gyeonggi-Do and nearby areas and work a two-shift onsite schedule.

Nice to have

• Technical certifications or a technical degree.
