What you will do

• Develop and industrialize high-performance analog and mixed-signal IPs for configurable semiconductor products.
• Analyze transistor- and system-level architectures and ensure analog block performance across process, voltage, and temperature variations.
• Collaborate with digital, layout, test, characterization, and other engineering teams on trimming, control, layout effects, and test coverage.
• Evaluate IPs hands-on using laboratory equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Analyze ATE and characterization data to validate product specifications.
• Model analog and mixed-signal circuits for top-level testbenches and participate in root-cause analysis of performance and functional issues.

Requirements

• MD or PhD in electrical engineering with semiconductor design experience using CMOS.
• Strong knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuit architecture, design, and layout, including amplifiers, comparators, bandgaps, voltage and current generators, oscillators, regulators, data converters, and digital logic.
• Experience with analog and digital IC design, layout, semiconductor processes, measurement, and mixed-signal top-down development focused on power, performance, and area optimization.
• Experience with simulation tools including Cadence, Verilog, and Python, as well as semiconductor reliability and failure analysis.
• Ability to compare hand calculations with simulation results and clearly explain circuit and system operation.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with design, characterization, test engineering, and technical writing teams across countries.
