Sr. Relationship Manager - Home Builder Finance (Work From Home)

Salary: $142,561.50–$222,200.00 annually

What you will do

• Manage home builder finance loan relationships of varying complexity.
• Originate new business and develop profitable relationships with home builders, sponsors, developers, and other businesses.
• Originate, negotiate, structure, price, underwrite, and close loans.
• Manage a complex loan portfolio, monitor credit quality, and control the bank’s risk exposure.
• Coordinate with credit, underwriting, portfolio management, legal, and operational teams throughout onboarding and transaction execution.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, regulatory requirements, and borrower compliance.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience financing production homebuilders, including at least 5 years in sales.
• Formal credit training or experience reading financial statements.
• Experience with complex transactions and relationships.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience underwriting and structuring builder lines and acquisition and development loans.
• Experience networking, prospecting, and establishing builder finance relationships.
• Experience mentoring and developing less experienced relationship managers.
