Sr. Technical Business Analyst, Wealth Management (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; 2–3 in-office days per week, averaging 10–12 days per month

What you will do

• Drive the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for complex technology initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into user stories, process models, workflows, solution specifications, wireframes, prototypes, and data flow diagrams.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, gap assessments, feasibility studies, impact analyses, and solution evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, UX designers, business stakeholders, Data Science, Data Engineering, Architecture, and AI Engineering teams.
• Support QA and UAT, production issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution activities, including occasional after-hours support.
• Identify and define use cases for AI, Generative AI, conversational AI, workflow automation, document intelligence, and knowledge management solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or enterprise technology.
• Experience delivering large, cross-functional technology initiatives and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC delivery models.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data mapping techniques.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, ServiceNow, Splunk, Postman, Microsoft Office Suite, and process documentation or diagramming tools.
• This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

• Experience with Alternative Investments, Private Markets, Wealth Management, Advisory Platforms, or Investment Operations.
• Experience with vendor-based software implementations and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, Data Analytics, or AI-enabled workflow and chatbot initiatives.
