Senior Legal Implementation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Lead complex, strategically significant, and high-value customer implementations, including multi-jurisdiction rollouts and bespoke requirements.
• Own discovery, convert competing objectives into deliverable plans, and design scalable configurations.
• Manage concurrent implementations against timelines, milestones, and outcomes.
• Resolve delivery risks, reset expectations, and recover implementations that have gone off track.
• Coach colleagues, review implementation work, and improve playbooks, configuration standards, and training assets.
• Provide structured customer insight to Product and distinguish recurring needs from one-off requests.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of client-facing experience in legal tech or B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, professional services, delivery, or customer success, and/or significant relevant legal experience.
• Experience owning complex or high-value implementations end to end.
• Fluency with contracts, negotiation positions, approval processes, and commercial workflows.
• Credibility with executive audiences, including General Counsel, Heads of Legal Operations, and procurement leadership.
• Strong prioritisation, judgement in ambiguous situations, and the ability to coach others with direct, constructive feedback.
• Experience crafting effective prompts for AI systems and teaching others to use them.

Nice to have

• Qualified lawyer or experience in-house or in legal operations.
• Experience implementing enterprise software for legal, procurement, compliance, or commercial teams.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or legal technology.
• Experience with multi-region or phased enterprise rollouts or mentoring others.
