What you will do
- Lead the selection, supervision, coaching, and development of store managers across a district of 8–16 stores.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations, team performance, training completion, customer experience, and brand standards.
- Recruit, hire, retain, and develop talent while building succession plans and a pipeline of future leaders.
- Implement strategic initiatives, action plans, and process improvements to increase sales, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor operating and financial results against plans and budgets and use reporting data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with business partners, legal counsel, store support teams, vendors, and other district managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable job experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including multi-site business operations experience.
- At least 2 recent years managing a multi-site team and 4 years of management experience involving hiring, development, motivation, and direction of employees.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability.
- Ability to interpret operational and financial reports, create improvement plans, and use business and communication tools, including advanced MS Office proficiency.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, conflict-management, confidentiality, and independent-working skills; availability for on-call coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

- Familiarity with Reflexis and Workday.
