Hardware Engineer - Graduate

Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia; full-time onsite work at the Scoresby office and customer locations across Victoria as needed.

What you will do

• Support hardware decommissioning and build activities within the Hardware Services team.
• Manage service tickets with clear documentation and timely updates.
• Perform hands-on hardware work, configuration, and software setup.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Warehouse, and Project teams.
• Escalate issues, contribute to process improvements, and follow safety and company policies.
• Represent the organization professionally onsite and offsite.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Degree or Certificate IV in IT.
• Basic understanding of desktop support, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work five days per week onsite in Scoresby and at customer locations across Victoria.
• Full driver's license required for travel across Victoria.

Nice to have

• Warehousing experience.
• Experience with IT hardware configuration and software setups.
