Client Relationship Manager (Hedge Fund Services)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid work. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $95,565–$162,495 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Manage strategic hedge fund services relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to institutional clients and alternative investment managers.
• Coordinate fund administration, middle office, accounting, operations, investor services, and client support activities.
• Resolve complex business and operational issues, manage escalations, and improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Align service expectations, agreements, and requirements across clients and internal teams.
• Lead quarterly service reviews, senior management reporting, due diligence sessions, and client training.
• Identify growth opportunities while managing client profitability, pricing strategy, competitive awareness, and repricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in hedge fund services, fund administration, middle office, prime brokerage, asset management, alternative investments, or consulting.
• Strong client relationship management experience with institutional clients, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of fund operations, accounting, investor services, treasury, trading, or asset servicing.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, decision-making ability, and high integrity.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
