Client Services Supervisor

Location: Boston; hybrid work environment with remote and onsite work

Base salary: $55,500–$80,500 per year, plus eligibility for a competitive incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and workload for a client services work group while supporting tasks and deadlines.
• Provide product, regulatory, and technical expertise to resolve inbound client calls of varying complexity.
• Participate in projects involving mutual fund products, policies, system updates, reporting rules, and service model enhancements.
• Prepare customer service procedures and support implementation in a controlled operating environment.
• Train, coach, motivate, and develop employees; conduct staff meetings and performance appraisals.
• Support internal and external audits by answering questions and providing documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–5+ years of client services or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask across competing initiatives and work with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Ability to train, develop, motivate, and evaluate staff.
