ICS Relationship Manager II (Institutional Client Services)

Location: Buffalo, New York, United States; open to Buffalo and Wilmington.

Salary: $62,200–$103,600 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Oversee assigned institutional client accounts and provide daily account administration and client service.
• Submit or approve client-directed activity accurately and on time.
• Respond to compliance reports, resolve outstanding matters, and complete annual account reviews.
• Act as a primary or secondary contact for clients, retirement plan participants, and pensioners, resolving basic and complex inquiries.
• Manage client communications concerning regulatory, legal, accounting, and trust matters, as well as billing and aged receivables.
• Partner with Client Development on cross-selling and growth opportunities while identifying and escalating risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a combined 6 years of higher education and work experience including at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency with personal computers, word-processing software, and spreadsheet software.
• Detail orientation, excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, internal control, audit, and compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Retirement or trust administration experience.
