Certified Nursing Assistant PRN - Skilled Nursing

Location: Lincolnwood, Illinois, United States; onsite at Lincolnwood Place

Salary: USD 20–21.50 per hour

What you will do

• Provide resident care under the direction and supervision of an RN, LPN/LVN, or Director of Nursing.
• Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services, and other daily living activities.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents; provide skin care and nursing rehabilitation or restorative services.
• Recognize and report changes, concerns, suspected abuse, or neglect to a supervisor.
• Protect resident rights, dignity, independence, confidentiality, and personal belongings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 1 year of clinical or nursing experience.
• CNA licensure as required by applicable state regulations.
• English proficiency required to perform duties, communicate with colleagues, and respond in emergencies.
• Basic computer skills and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work safely as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
