What you will do

• Provide warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor changes in residents’ personal care needs.
• Update individual Resident Care Plans based on observed needs.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
