Project Manager O2C (S2P/P2P Transformation)

Location: Poland; hybrid, remote, and onsite workplace arrangements are available.

What you will do

• Create detailed project plans and direct large, complex S2P/P2P transformation projects.
• Support the design and implementation of standardized global procurement processes and target operating models.
• Develop multi-country deployment roadmaps covering processes, technology, people, change, and transition.
• Coordinate ERP and procurement technology workstreams involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, governance meetings, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.
• Establish S2P/P2P KPIs, performance metrics, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in S2P/P2P or Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay transformation and end-to-end procurement processes.
• Experience delivering transformation in Global Business Services, Shared Services, or Centre of Excellence environments.
• Experience working with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, functional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with large-scale ERP and procurement platform implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience with global, multi-country deployments, process design, harmonization, business readiness, and transition activities.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, governance, planning, execution, RAID management, and executive reporting.
