Project Manager - Telecom and General Construction (100% REMOTE)

Location: Remote from the Philippines; must work Pacific US time, 10PM–7AM Philippine time.

What you will do

• Support the US project management team and CEO with day-to-day project activities.
• Manage operational and tactical aspects of multiple telecom and general construction implementation projects.
• Create project plans, define timelines, coordinate resources, and support internal project kickoffs.
• Communicate project plans, progress, status updates, and decisions to employees and stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, task assignments, accountability, and customer presentation materials.
• Assess project risks and issues, provide solutions, and maintain project documentation in the ERP.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in telecom and general construction projects.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple active projects.
• Competency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and administrative procedures.
• Willingness to work Pacific US time, 10PM–7AM Philippine time.
