NetSuite Consulting Supervisor - Technology, Media & Telecomm (TMT) (NetSuite)

Location: Toronto, Canada

Compensation Range: $93,000–$170,100 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SuiteBilling and/or Zone Billing implementations and assessments, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document billing and revenue management requirements.
• Configure NetSuite billing modules, develop test cases, and manage user acceptance testing.
• Develop functional use cases, process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Mentor and train junior consultants and coordinate with third-party vendors on integrations and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and functional use cases.
• Experience mentoring and training team members.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling functionality.
• Several years of experience implementing NetSuite in the technology, media, and/or telecommunications sector.

Nice to have

• NetSuite SuiteBilling Enablement Certification.
• Proven experience leading Zone Billing and/or SuiteBilling implementations and assessments.
