Digital Consulting Associate, Oracle Cloud ERP

Location: Toronto, Canada; up to 50% travel required

Base salary: CAD 105,000–125,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive: CAD 117,600–143,750 per year.

What you will do

• Implement Oracle Cloud Financials with support from senior team members.
• Lead requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Design future-state business processes and functional solutions with clients.
• Configure solutions and oversee testing, training, and end-user support.
• Guide technical teams on conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solution design and testing.
• Manage project workstreams, reporting, client presentations, and collaboration with client leadership.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and working with business users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage project areas independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Nice to have

• Oracle ERP Cloud certification or progress toward certification.
• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio.
