Customer Quality Engineer

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands

Salary: €4,000–€6,500 gross per month, excluding 8% holiday allowance and depending on experience and results.

What you will do

• Manage quality activities throughout the product lifecycle, from sales and product development to serial production and end-of-life.
• Align internal processes and products with customer requirements and lead quality discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure new products meet quality standards from design and NPI through production.
• Lead root cause analyses and improvement programs for complex quality issues.
• Support product and process design decisions with quality expertise.
• Assess suppliers, improve supplier quality, and manage supplier-related quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related technical field.
• Approximately 5–15 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience supporting customer quality and working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, JIRA, and APQP.
• Fluent English communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
