PSS Regional Manager - Northwest

Location: Seattle, WA, USA; frequent local travel within the Seattle area and up to 5% additional travel. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with overtime as needed.

Salary: USD 90,000–115,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage business operations for multiple scientific teams in Washington and Colorado.
• Lead direct reports, group leaders, and their teams while supporting clients in laboratory and manufacturing settings.
• Coordinate client resourcing and technical needs, regular management meetings, administrative communications, and financial responsibilities.
• Organize technical resources and staffing to meet client goals, deadlines, quality standards, and productivity metrics.
• Manage employee reviews, performance, development, coaching, succession planning, morale, and teamwork.
• Identify and manage business risks, improve operational resilience, and support senior leadership with governance and new business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnical sciences, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading direct reports.
• Hands-on scientific laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical, clinical, or GMP laboratory setting.
• Strong client service, relationship management, leadership, teamwork, communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship is required.
