Critical Environments Director (GMP)

Location: Boston, MA, United States; travel required up to 50% of the time

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Support business development and growth of GMP Regulated Services and Critical Environments business units.
• Manage and coordinate multiple services and projects concurrently.
• Lead GMP-regulated service initiatives with functional area leaders.
• Develop budgets, manage cost-center information, and support regulatory compliance.
• Create and maintain documentation, policies, procedures, programs, and operational files.
• Implement business solutions, process improvements, training, service introductions, and account transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with operations, GMP compliance, and process excellence.
• Ability to coordinate services, projects, business solutions, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to travel to other facilities and support operational initiatives for up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds; a valid driver’s license may be required.
