What you will do
- Resolve technical issues and fleet events in a timely and effective manner.
- Analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Improve fleet reliability and reduce repeat failures.
- Provide technical support to the Fleet Manager and field teams.
- Prepare accurate technical analysis and reporting.
- Work with customers and cross-functional stakeholders under LTSA contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 4–5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial and power equipment operations.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.
- Ability to work in customer-facing and cross-functional environments.
- Valid U.S. visa required.
- Strong English communication skills required.
