Agency Executive (Insurance)

Location: Puchong, Malaysia; primarily office-based

What you will do

• Drive agency performance and engagement for the Puchong branch.
• Improve partner productivity through new business development and renewals.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Recruit quality agency partners to expand the branch agency force.
• Manage branch operations and execute initiatives rolled out by headquarters.
• Support partners with product information, presentations, meetings, and system functionality.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in insurance agency management, bancassurance, or retail/commercial banking sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people in different situations.
• Ability to coach, monitor, and motivate producers.
• Organized, hands-on, and results-focused approach.
• Passion for learning and exploring new areas.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in a dynamic environment.
